Welcome to the Woods

The Woods neighborhood in Round Rock, Texas is home to more than 360 families. A variety of house designs and plenty of large, gorgeous trees make the Woods a unique and warm place to call "home." Woods residents also enjoy a great neighborhood park, beautiful pool, and the well-respected Round Rock school district.

Neighborhood News

The Swimming Pool Is Open

The neighborhood swimming is now open 9am - 10pm except when the pool is closed for chemical maintenance. You must have an activated pool access card to use the pool. Random inspections will be conducted to insure compliance. Tailgaters into the pool area will be considered trespassers and will be asked to leave. HOA accounts that are more than 30 days overdue will result in deactivation of the pool access card until payment has posted to the account. All posted rules must be followed.

Pool Access Cards

To obtain a pool access card:

First, download and fill out the form located here.

Then, visit the Alliance property management office located at 15912 Ranch Road 620 North, Suite 205 (Cornerwood and FM620 near Cedar Valley Middle School)  between 8-5pm, Mon-Fri. The HOA board will NOT be distributing pool access cards.

You will need to bring a photo ID and proof of residency (water bill if your driver’s license does not show your Woods address) in order to obtain an access card. You must also be an adult resident (18 years or older) in order to receive a card.

You must be current on your HOA dues. If you owe one month or more dues, you will need to pay the outstanding balance. There will only be one card issued per household. The first card is free. There will be a charge for replacing lost cards.

Pool Parties & Picnic Area Use

To have a party at the pool or use the picnic areas, please contact Shannon Ede at shannon@edefamily.net (or 246-0852) 2 weeks in advance to get approval and have it placed on the neighborhood event calendar. Please fill out and sign the approval form and return it to Shannon with your deposit. You can download the form from here.

Planning a home improvement project?

Per our covenants and restrictions, all home improvement projects that affect the exterior of the home such as swimming pools, decks, storage buildings, major landscaping alterations and etc must be reviewed and approved by the Project Review Committee. Failure to due so may put you at risk of having alter or remove things after the fact. The process is easy, painless, quick,  and free. Start by downloading and filling out the form. You can get it here. Then submit it to our property manager, Christine Gamache, via email at christineg@allianceonline.net, or via FAX at 512-310-2355.

Not sure if you need to do this? Better safe than sorry.  Contact Bill Peeples or David Boyd (see the Board members section on this website) for more information.
